Creating Transaction code for Maintenance View ( Update Mode )

Create Maintenance View

To create Transaction Code .
Go to SE93.

Initial screen,

Enter the transaction code name start's with Y or Z<transaction code name> and click on create button.

Enter the short description.

Select the Start Object type as " Transaction with Parameters" and click on continue button.

Screen looks like,

Enter the Transaction Code.

Table Maintenance Generator ( SM30 ).

To skip initial screen.

Select all GUI Support.

Click on "Name of the screen Field".

Select "Viewname" and click on Transfer button.

Enter the Value as View name.

Click on "Name of the screen Field".

Select "Update" and click on Transfer button.

Enter the Value as X .

Click on Save.

Save it either in Local Package or Package.

Output

To open new session , click on "Create New Session ".

Enter the Z transaction code which we are created.

Result

To edit records

Click on Edit option.

To modify record

Click on Save button.

To insert a record / records.
Click on New Entries Button.

Enter a record / records and click on save.

To delete a record .
Select a record and click on delete .
